Lana’s passion for art and design has spanned over decades. As a young student Lana worked in visual display for a Chicago based department store chain. Lana continued her education by completing cosmetology school. She did platform work, training and managed salons for I.Magnin and Lord & Taylor for 18 years. After completing her time in the beauty industry Lana was looking for change and sought a career in home and window design. She went on to work for a high- end furniture gallery as a Design Consultant. This is where Lana immersed herself with window coverings; wallpaper, as well as furniture choices and placement. Lana then went on to take a position as an Interior Designer for State Street Interiors, a well-established Design Firm in Bettendorf, Iowa. After her time with State Street Interiors she accepted a position as a buyer in High Point, NC for 10 years while taking many design classes. Lana is a trusted design professional, which has built long-term client relationships that have brought her repeat business and excellent referrals. She strives to instill confidence in every step of any project, big or small. Lana listens carefully to her clients, so the end result is a strong line of communication that fosters a strong relationship between designer and client.
